Winchester Deluxe Model 1894 Takedown Lever Action .30 WCF Rifle with Factory Letter. This modern Model 1894, take-down rifle, sports a 22” inch round barrel with a blade front sight coupled with an elevator-adjustable semi-buckhorn sporting rear sight. The magazine tube is full-length and houses the take-down lever at the end. The barrel has the roll-stamped Winchester two-line address located on the left side of the barrel along with the caliber marking. The wooden stocks are made from a higher grade of wood with the pistol grip cap and butt-plate being hard-rubber capped. The serial number is located on the bottom of the receiver and the upper tang has the roll-stamped Winchester name.   • Condition: The overall condition is fine to very fine. The barrel bore is shiny with very strong rifling. There does not appear to be any pitting or corrosion. The condition of the bluing on the barrel and magazine tube is very good. There is some minor flaking of the bluing on the sides of the receiver. The loading lever remains very fine. The high-grade wood stocks exhibit minor dings and handling marks. This beautiful rifle has approx. 30%-40% of the original finish. The action is very positive and strong. There are no visible signs of any replaced parts.
