CREDIT CARD TERMS:
***Credit Card Payments will NOT be accepted for any Invoice totaling $5,000.00 or more. These invoices will require payment via CASH or WIRE TRANSFER as the only method of payment. All International Invoices will require a WIRE TRANSFER. If you need further assistance or have questions please contact us in advance of placing a bid.***
Acceptable forms of payment are Credit, Debit Card or Cash upon pick-up. Local checks or cashier checks are not accepted without prior approval from Bradford's. Complete payment is required day of auction or upon receipt of notification of a successful bid (if bidding as absentee, phone or online bidder). All online bidders will have the card on file charged the 4 days after receipt of an invoice, unless prior communication has been made. Items not paid for after the 5 days following sale are deemed non-collectable and bidder is marked as a nonpaying bidder and could be banned from future auctions.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING TERMS:
Credit Cards will be accepted for orders less than $2,000: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa for qualified bidders. For orders that exceed $2,000 or any bidder who has a lack of transaction history or negative feedback we will we require Bank Check, Wire Transfer or Cash unless customers have successful transaction history with Bradford's. If we accept a Credit Card for payment we may require a copy of your ID to validate your account as well as shipping address. Please contact us directly for Bank Wire Instructions.
OUT OF TOWN SHIPPING US BUYERS ONLY:
TO PROTECT YOUR SHIPMENT WE REQUIRE A FULLY INSURED ORDER WITH DIRECT SIGNATURE. Shipping is added to your invoice. Once paid in full we will mail your shipment to the address on your invoice by USPS or FedEX. ALL out of town orders Must be Fully Insured and any order that exceeds $100 will be shipped via a service that requires Direct Signature by the name on the invoice.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS SHIPPING: Once we have received your payment in-full your purchase will be turned over to Westside Mail Center. They offer FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS services. They will proactively reach out to arrange packing, shipping and insurance. For questions related to shipping please contact them directly.

All fees and costs associated with shipping are separate from the hammer price (winning bid), buyer's premium and sales taxes. The winning bidder / buyer is solely responsible for the shipping. Bradford's can assist the winning bidder / buyer by arranging shipping and insurance through our preferred shipper. The winning bidder / buyer has the right to arrange their own shipping with a 3rd party shipper at their own expense. Bradford's Auction Gallery reserves the right to ship parcels via our own in-house shipping methods, based on actual weight or dimensional weight (whichever is greater).
The designated 3rd party shipper will ship to the address provided on the winning bidder / buyers invoice. It is the winning bidder / buyers responsibility to communicate with the shipper and provide any specific shipping requirements, address information or details that will ensure proper delivery.
The winning bidder is responsible for understanding the import fees and import laws of their respective province/state/country. It is also the bidder's responsibility to obtain any and all import documentation (import/export licenses, certificates or other documentation) prior to bidding.
The price paid by Online Bidder is the sum of;
(a) Bidder's final bid (hammer price per lot),
(b) A buyers premium of 25% of the hammer price per lot
(c) All applicable sales tax. (No Sales Tax on Coins, Currency or Stamps)
Buyer understands and agrees that the 25% per Lot purchased will be automatically included in the final settlement figure, and the buyer will be required to pay all applicable taxes, or other fees levied by any authority.
SALES TAX LAW:
NOTE: There is no sales tax on coins, currency or stamps. On all other taxable items the Arizona State Sales Tax Law, if applicable, will be applied. Sun City, AZ 6.3%. However, our auction gallery location enables us to offer buyers some of the lowest sales tax rates in Arizona! By being located in Sun City Arizona we are able to extend a sales tax rate of only 6.3%. This can result in a savings of up to almost 4% in sales taxes when compared to other auction houses and auctioneers.
CONDITION OF GOODS:
Our catalog team takes pride in accurately describing and reporting conditions. All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Not all common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been called. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine overall condition before bidding on an item by live preview, looking at photographs, reading descriptions or request of condition reports.
